There is one resident that came to the desk and said that he is going back to China tonight and ready to move out at around 9-10PM. I let him know that he must talk to his RA & HD first as there is no approval for his move out from the Outlook email.

I have his details on the sticky note that I put at the desk. Luckily RA Christian was here and he said that he will take care of the RCF thing. Thanks!
